Personalized Items
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. It is important to double check spelling and selection of font, colour and size when applicable.

Shipping times outlined are general and we do not accept returns if your item does not arrive on time for a certain event due to unexpected circumstances.
We do not accept returns due to care and handling tags being sewn on the outside of some items. Remove tags by cutting them off before wear.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@tinyhugsboutique.com. All customer are responsible for paying return postage fees. If a return is accepted, the necessary information will be provided on how to return your item. Customer will receive their refund total once items are received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancelling Your Order
We process orders with our suppliers shortly after they’re placed, which makes cancellations difficult once the order is confirmed. Most items begin shipping from our warehouses within 24-48 hours. To request a cancellation, or modification to a custom order, please email Tiny Hugs support@tinyhugsboutique.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
